I'M SO DETERMINED TO REST TODAY!!
Got up late and finished breakfast almost 10am.
Meilin ayi arrived back about 9:40am from Vancouver when I had just started to prepare breakfast.
I sorted myself out and then sorted my drying laundry, and started to catch up on blogging.
二叔 went out to cut the keys for our new back sliding door whilst I did this. It only took like 20 mins max?? So fast!
For lunch they wanted to take me out to a hotpot place but I have to firmly decline and stand my ground. I said I wanted 中興素食 and I'll go by myself. They left. I got ready to go around 12pm.
On my way there I spotted a really cute photo studio that's obviously been here for a long time. And a really cool alley covered with plastic roof sheeting.
The I went home and had my meal.
Meilin ayi and 二叔 got home just as I washed up my boxes. They smell of hot pot...
I spent most of the day catching up on blogging, then at 3:30pm I got up and started to sort my luggage, a break from sitting.
After that I swept the house and grabbed the rest of my drying laundry.
Then 四叔 contacted me around 4:30pm to come get my KF94s I ordered. Yay!! They arrived in time! I don't have to ration my masks any more.
I went over and forgot that the key is for both doors. And I couldn't remember if the number was 116 or 118. So I went back up and checked my documents which has it written... And went back down to press the doorbell. Lol.
I got there and 四叔 left the door open for me.
He told me to check and count the masks so I did as the seller had repacked so they could fit into the parcel. They included 2 extra? Cool I guess.
Then we just sat and chatted for a while until about 6pm when I went home. He told me that A-khan's gf at the time wasn't made known until May 1st last year, Labour day, when 四嬸 went up with his mother in law to Taipei for a medical. And had packed to stay at A-Khan's. AKhan had gone down to the gfvs family and 俊弟弟 ended up telling what's happened when auntie and her mum asked him to come pick them up.
AKhan bought his gf back and that's how they ended up meeting. 四嬸 was trying to sneakily take a photo and send it to 四叔 to tell him lol.
When I went home I had planned for stinky tofu but Meilin ayi had already bought some prepped dishes and 二叔 stirfries bean sprouts, and dinner was dumplings. Okay I guess... Stinky tofu when I come back.
The just tidy up and finish blogging.
I finally caught up.
Early start and heading to Chiayi tomorrow for the start of my 環島 tour!
